If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the service, we invite you to review our refund policy.
The following terms apply to any product you purchase from us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
- Company: (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to BYTEHIDE SOLUTIONS, S.L.
- Service: refers to the subscription.
- Website: refers to ByteHide, accessible from www.bytehide.com
- You: means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your Order within 3 days without giving any reason.
The deadline to cancel an Order is 3 days from the date on which You have subscribed to our services.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to email: support@bytehide.com
Conditions for Refunds, once the product is used
Taking into consideration that before subscribing to our service, you have the possibility to test the product for a period of 3 consecutive days and you also have the possibility to request a demo (in which you can verify if our products fit your needs). You will be eligible for a refund as long as you meet the following conditions:
In the case of Shield, please make sure that:
- You must have obfuscated at least once with our product.
- You must prove that the obfuscated code is valid (i.e. Shield was used with the supported programming languages), and that the reason you are requesting a refund is related to a specific error, and that there was no viable solution by contacting our support team
- You must have reported the error (reason for which you are requesting a refund) within a maximum period of 8 hours after the failure occurred.
* We reserve the right to refuse returns of any payment that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
If your refund is applied, it will be returned within 30 days of approval; through the same means by which you initially paid for the subscription.
